HTC One Release Date in UK Is March 14th

HTC One release date
Even though the Taiwan-based phone maker didn’t specified the exact HTC One release date, the details that hit the web over the past few weeks have allowed us to make a general idea on when and where the new flagship smartphone will land first. Therefore, the HTC One will hit the Taiwanese stores shelves on March 7th, it will become available for purchase in UK on March 15th, while the other countries in Europe will start selling it a couple of days after the British stores. The Americans will have to wait for the HTC One market debut until March 22nd.
After we’ve told you a few days ago that the Vodafone UK will be the first to sell the HTC One (as of March 15th), it seems that the folks at Expansys want to jump start, as the British retailer lists the 4.7-inch smartphone as available starting March 14th. I know, a day it’s not a big deal, but maybe Expansys hopes that it will be able to steal a handful of customer if it sets the HTC One ETA on March 14th.
Of course, the smartphone is currently available for pre-order both at Vodafone UK and Expansys, and in the exact same day the latter company will fulfil the first HTC One pre-orders, Samsung will host an event in New York where it will unveil it’s next-generation flagship smarthphone, the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S4.
In my opinion the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be a problem for HTC and One’s sales, as the flagship terminal of the South Korean brand is expected to become the fastest selling Android smartphone. Or maybe it will be the other way around and the HTC One will bite a large chunk of Galaxy S4′s market share.
In case you forgot, I remind you that HTC One comes with a 4.7-inch Super LCD3 display with full HD resolution, while being underpinned by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 chipset based on four Krait cores clocked at 1.7 GHz, with Adreno 320 GPU, 2 GB of RAM and integrated 4G LTE chip.
HTC One also boasts 32 GB of internal storage, and the company’s proprietary Ultrapixel camera with a 4 megapixel sensor, but 1/3” sensor size, simultaneous HD video and image recording, geo-tagging, face and smile detection, and OIS.
Are you getting your hands on the HTC One from the first day the shipping will begin or are you waiting for the surprise called Samsung Galaxy S4?
