Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE Release Date Is March 7, Price is $600

Verizon Wireless stated in January that it will make the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 available. When the carrier made the announcement during CES, it left out important details such as the device’s pricing and the exact release date. The company only specified that the Galaxy Note 10.1 will arrive in the following weeks. It seems that the weeks have already passed. In other words, Verizon Wireless has mentioned that the tablet will become available for purchase as of March 7.
This time the company offered additional information and gave us details about pricing. In case you are one of the individuals that want to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, you should know that the handset will be available both online and retail stores. The price is kind of big, as you’ll have to pay no less than $599.99 for the Galaxy Note 10.1, which will come along with the Verizon Share Everything Plan. If you already have an existing account, you will be able to add the handset for 10 extra bucks per month.
The Verizon version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet will come with a 10.1-inch display that has a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, support for LTE connectivity, an S Pen stylus and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. In terms of software, the Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with some interesting features including multi-view. The carrier claims that this feature can be very useful especially for students, who have the possibility of reading an article or watch a movie, and at the same time they can take some notes. Naturally, the multi-view feature is mostly meant for the users who want to perform various tasks while watching something else in order to not get so tired of their work.
Apart from multi-view, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 also comes with other useful functions like Adobe Photoshop Touch and the Smart Remote applications that is powered by Peel. In case you are not familiar with the specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, you should know that besides the mentioned ones, the tablet is powered by an Exynos 4412 Quad-Core 1.4 GHz Cortex A9 CPU, helped by a Mali-400MP GPU. It also comes with 2 GB of RAM and it will be available in three variants depending on the on-board storage (16/32/64 GB). The internal storage of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 can be expanded via a microSD card which can be up to 64 GB.
The tablet sports two cameras, one on the back of the device and one located in the front. The primary shooter has 5 megapixels featuring autofocus, LED flash, and check quality, and it’s capable of recording HD video at 30fps, while the secondary snapper has 1.9 pixels.
As for the juice, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 sports a non-removable Li-Ion 7000 mAh battery.
