LG G3 Price and Availability

LG G3 05

The LG G3 was officially announced less than 24 hours ago, but when will the new flagship smartphone of the South Korean phone maker will be made available in a store near you? Even though LG failed to reveal the exact time when LG G3 will be released on the market, several British and American carriers have already revealed when they will have the new smartphone on sale.
Before talking LG G3 price and availability let’s recap its technical specifications. The new handset brings a 5.5-inch True HD-IPS + LCD display with Quad HD (1440 x 2560) resolution, quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 2 GB RAM for the 16 GB model, 3 GB RAM for the 32 GB model, microSD support (up to 128 GB), 13 MP primary cam with Laser Auto Focus, OIS+, and 4K video recording, 2.1 MP secondary cam, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
For the US market, T-Mobile and Sprint have already confirmed they will be getting the new LG G3 on their shelves, but there’s no doubt that the device will also be available for purchase at AT&T and Verizon. While Sprint confirmed that they will be carrying the Shine Gold version exclusively, the folks at T-Mobile promised to give away an LG G3 “beta model” (we have no idea what “beta model” means) every day until the end of June when they will most likely make the device available for purchase in their stores.
In the UK, the new LG G3 will be available at O2, Three, and Carphone Warehouse. Neither of them revealed the ETA or the price of the device, but it was reported that the G3 will land in the UK on July 1st.
The South Koreans will be the first to get their hands on the new LG G3, early information suggesting that the handset will be made available there later this week. We’ve even heard some rumors saying that certain carriers will start selling in tomorrow.
As for the LG G3 price in the US, expect it to cost the usual $199 with two-year contract and around $600 contract-free. UK retailer Clove has listed the LG G3 at £499 (VAT included), while a Dutch carrier has set a price tag of €549.
