Earlier today, the folks at LG introduced their flagship smartphone for 2014. Since the new handset has to cope with powerful competitors we decided to put them head to head in a LG G3 vs Samsung Galaxy S5 vs HTC One M8 vs Sony Xperia Z2 vs iPhone 5S Specs battle.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a 5.1-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB storage, microSD slot (up to 128 GB supported), 2,800 mAh battery, and a 16 MP primary cam with phase detection autofocus and 4K video recording. It comes pre-loaded with Android 4.4.2 KitKat customized with Sony Xperia interface.
HTC One M8 sports a quad-core 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB storage, microSD card support (up to 128 GB), Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense 6.0, Dual 4 MP UltraPixel camera, 2,600 mAh battery, and a 5.0-inch Full HD Super LCD3 screen.
The Apple iPhone 5S has a 4.0-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD screen with 640 x 1136 resolution, 1 GB of RAM, a dual-core 1.3 GHz Apple A7 CPU, 8 MP rear-facing camera, 16/32/64 GB of native storage, 1,560 mAh battery, and runs iOS 7.1.
Least but not last, the recently-announced LG G3 features a 5.5-inch True HD-IPS + LCD screen with Quad HD resolution (1440 x 2560), a quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 2 GB of RAM for the 16 GB model, 3 GB RAM for the 32 GB model, a 13 MP camera with OIS+, Laser autofocus, and 4K video recording, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
